EAT & DRINK
Columbus is home to truly awesome restaurants. Below is a non-exhaustive list of places we would recommend.
EXPLORE
Columbus has some charming historic neighborhoods that are fun to stroll around and experience some of local architecture. We recommend walking around Schiller Park and the German Village area, Gooddale Park and the Victorian Village area. Gooddale Park is also near the Short North. This region of high street is usually busy and has some nice restaurants and bars.
If you are feeling particularly nerdy, the National Air Force museum is about a 45 minute drive outside of the city. It is a massive complex of historic, experimental and really cool aircraft (Including the only surviving XB70 Valkyrie). Admission is free and we cannot recommend it enough, especially to aerospace enthusiasts visiting from out of town.
